By leveraging Sakuu’s Kavian™ platform and ELEQTRION’s unique battery electrode, the partnership aims to advance the development of aluminum-ion batteries for small to large-scale energy storage solutions and e-mobility applications. The partnership will benefit from Kavian’s cost efficiency and reduced carbon footprint.
Sakuu’s Kavian platform offers unparalleled flexibility, scalability, and sustainability in battery production, with the ability to manufacture batteries using a variety of chemistries, including aluminum-ion. Aluminum-ion is emerging as a powerful choice in material for batteries, especially for applications in large-scale energy storage, due to its high energy density, safety, and abundance.
