Philippe Couillard, Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder of ELEQTRION, shares his opinion and passion for our small innovative company on how it intends to participate fully in the Quebec ecosystem at the Les Affaires conference held in Montreal on 1 October 1st 2024.

ELEQTRION, a promising young company developing innovative aluminium-ion batteries, recently took part in the event organised by Les Affaires. Nathan Hostettler and Robert Nadeau, representing Eleqtrion, also joined other industry leaders to discuss the future of the battery sector in Quebec.

During the event, Philippe gave a compelling testimonial on the technology, highlighting the many advantages of aluminium-ion batteries in terms of cost, supply chain efficiency and safety. The company’s participation in this event underlines the growing role it intends to play in the battery industry and its commitment to driving innovation in sustainable energy storage solutions in Quebec.

He gave concrete examples of the collaborations ELEQTRION is establishing, in addition to its existing relationship with ETS (École de technologie supérieure).
